Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- The item must be in original condition, free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
- The watch must be returned with all original packaging, including the box, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and any included accessories
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging/accessories are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending the item back. You will be guided through the return process and provided with return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for another model, please contact our support team within the 30-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the new item has a different price, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- In cases where Zentavo is at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Zentavo cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
