01Isn't this just a cheap watch with a different logo?
Inside sits a Japanese NH38A automatic with 24 jewels: no battery — it winds itself from the movement of your wrist, and you watch it work through the opening at nine o'clock. Around it: sapphire crystal instead of mineral glass, a 316L steel case and an integrated bracelet with a safety clasp. Every part was chosen on quality, from the calibre to the clasp. We sell direct, with no middlemen — that is where the price difference sits, not in what you get.
02Who is behind it, and where is it made?
Zentavo is the work of one founder in Belgium — Marouane, company number BE 1013.745.713. Not a Swiss manufacture, and we never claim to be. The parts come from specialist manufacturers; I choose and test them myself, and I answer every email personally.
03And if it breaks?
The movement carries a one-year warranty. If something goes wrong with the mechanics in that time, you send it in and we sort it out. If it doesn't fit or doesn't suit you, it can go back within 30 days. Questions go to support@zentavo.shop — a person answers, not a form.
