At Zentavo, every order ships free of charge — tracked, insured and carefully packaged.
Where we ship
We currently ship across Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the rest of the European Union. The available shipping options for your address are always shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Belgium: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Rest of Europe: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the carrier and your location.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link, so you can follow your Zentavo to your door.
Packaging
Each watch is inspected before dispatch and shipped in protective packaging to arrive in perfect condition.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Zentavo cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
