At Zentavo, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Currently, we offer domestic shipping within Belgium only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery within Belgium typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier availability. While delays are rare, Zentavo cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Shipping Method & Packaging

We partner with trusted local carriers to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery. Each Zentavo watch is carefully inspected and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Where available, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Zentavo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address details, the carrier may reschedule delivery or return the package. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

International Shipping
